Maximum charge for a dialer

Does anyhahahaha know if there is a maximum amount that can be charged per minute? I was thiking of using this on a site which requires high amounts of transactions, but a very high chargeback rate and %80 CC denial rate. Any help would be appreciated.

Dependant on a country by country basis but normally around $2-$3 per minute with a max connect time in the 13-20 minute range. Now that's the charge for the surfer, what you'll actually make on that is signifantly less. Best paying country is UK at $1.41 a minute.

Hmmm that's lower than I thought it would be. I was hoping to find somehwere that would let me use a dialer from the states for at least $5 per minute with up to 20 minutes.
