Need Advice~!!!

Hello all.....i'm planning on starting an adult internet site which will feature both videos and pics.....i'm new in this field and i was wonder how much i should pay the girls....

i need to know for example....

1) How much the is the regular amount i should pay the girls for taking nude/hardcore pics?

2) How much do the girls earn if they were filmed?....as in what's the average wage for the girls per film or scene?

Any advice you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated.....thx a lot...=)

Answer on your question may give you only content providers

It really depends on where you live, and overall if the girl has previous experiences, you can pay them for hours or for day of work....anyways content providers of your zone can give you better advice

First off...You are already in way over your head so take a step back and make sure you want to do this.


I shoot in Vancouver BC every once in awhile. Typically I am there to shoot hardcore scenes and the average rate is $375 Canadian for a 1.5 hour shoot. If I want to shoot solo stuff of the model then I negotiate above and beyond the initial figure....Usually $75cad or so more for an extra hour.

The cool thing about working in Vancouver is that the girls take it a lot more seriously than most models in the states. I have only had one bad experience in BC and I stopped that shoot before it even got started.

this for ur advice Aaron.....btw, would u know anything about the legal issues of starting an internet porn site....as in what types of hahahahahahahahas we need to carry on location and what kinds of forums we and the girls need to sign etc etc?

I know the US laws inside and out but Canada is different. Your best bet is always to consult with an Adult Internet attorney.

There are several shooters in Vancouvver that may be able to provide some insight as well but I can not personally speak for the accuracy of their advice. A lot of US content providers don't have their shit together.......I think it would be fair to say the same for those in Canada.

ok...i'll do that......and also...if u dun mind me asking.....what are the procedures i have to do to set up the internet site??....as in what's the first thing i have to do and the steps that follow after??.....much thx on ur help......

Let me put it to you this way....If you set this site up now.....It will fail. Learn the biz, develop traffic sources.....then consider building a paysite. If you do not listen to me then you will only be throwing away time and money.

Start posting and reading in the main forum. Get together with locals in Vancouver. Attend industry events and go to the discussion panels. Read up on the biz at various resource sites.

before telling you that you can start tomorrow with your own site with our new content system...

...I would recommend you not to pay per hour but for the whole thing. like 'masturbation with toys 300 bucks' and take the time it needs.
That is better for your actors and yourself, not so stressy.
If I produce exclusive content I do it that way and it brings more fun...but I am only working with girls who like it to be watched and do it not only for the money. that could help also

And believe me....you must make video and photo shootings for the next 50 years till you got the same amount like the bluelevel content database.
