    why does this amateur site work?

    I run a small amateur site and the design is bad.

    almost no traffic on it but it makes money.

    why??

    I am working on another site which will have about a half million pics and thousends of clips but I am not sure if this is the right way when I look to this tiny page.

    I even haven't made an affiliate program and make almost no advertisment for it.

      Perhaps you use real amatuer content, not models. It attracts hard many people!
      SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

          yes but...there are a lot of other reality sites out there.

          I promote some but none converts like this one.

          I don't promote it 'cause I am too lazy to make enough updates so there is only few content inside.


          And I shot it in a studio, so it must look (semi-)professional for the ppl.

          I think now that maybe the traffic is high quality.
          I looked right now into the logs and most comes from guestbooks. No tgp's, no free galleries, no banner ads and even no search engines.
