What would I need to do to get started?

Would I need a webmaster?

If I did need a webmaster what is the percentage of money they would get ? (an estimate would be good)

I have content for a site 11 zip sets 8 vids 64 different sets of pictures each set containing 32-57 pics.
and I am a amature web designer I think I could manage to design my own site I know enough to do that.

but other then all that im in the dark
on what else I would need and how much
starting a site would cost roughly.

You need traffic...

try reading sites like cozy academy to learn the basics of the adult biz and then try running a few cj, tgp, or free sites before you start a paysite of your own. Take it slow or you'll end up losing money and time.

-you need sexy content
-you need to know how to get webmasters to become affiliates (altho that shouldnt be too difficult).
-you need to know the legalities of the shit if you do get a webmaster, so that there arent any problems down the road, sign contracts etc
-a good dot com domain
-like Raf said, need traffic, getting a tgp/cj site first would only help
-good billing company, like ccbill
-make sure design is easy to navigate and nice to the eyes


thats all i can think of for now, i dont own any paysites but i've been an affiliate to sites for over 5 years so i at least kinda know some shit.
