I Need Hosting Recommendations

Hi all:

Can anyone recommend dependable affordable hosting.

Don't want free hosting because you get what you pay for.
Don't want free offers of domain names, templates etc.
I don't want someone that is new to the business.

I need VPS with 40 - 50 GB download traffic bandwidth, 24/7 online chat help, 99% up time, and about a GB disk space.

Pretty basic really. Has to accept adult content and themes.
