Yes....it's high quality since people are specifically looking for certain keywords.

If someone searched for "thong pics" and found your site you'd probably get yourself a bookmarker.

Before you ask.... geoIP specific means that you can filter traffic by where the visitor lives by their IP address so that countries that don't normally use credit cards can be sent to a dialer or some other sort of alternate billing process.
