    Google - Unique or Raw?

amongst all the other nifty factors, when google calculates relevance in the traffic coming to your site(s) , does it base it on unique hits or raw? Will having more raw clicks help push you higher in the listings?.....etc

Does google count incoming traffic at all?
            I doubt...
It counts backward links and site's content, and nothing else.
But it just my opinion... may be I'm wrong.
