how does chameleon submitter work?

i'm sure most of us have used russian submitter before... are they simular? and how is chameleon better since i see everyboyd is basicly ranting about how good it is.

I use the cham subm. I must admit it's great but I found out i got banned from a couple of site as it fucked up with the recips
For the rest it's great stuff but I would stick with its manual submit option just to play safe.
