Uploading is getting me down!!!

I am using Arles web page creator and when I finish making a gallery it looks great in my browser. So I upload it to any of several free servers, Redlighthost, Creamhost, Carnalhost and when I'm done I've got a few thumbnails and linked images that come out on the pages just fine but mostly in the place where my thumbs and images are supposed to be I get boxes with red X's in them. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
