Buying Traffic Question...

A newbie here with a dumb question.

WHen you "buy" traffic, how does the surfer actually get to see your site. For now, I just want to do the TGP thing and run some AVS sites. Will potential customrs be sent directly to my AVS site via email or something? And if I buy the traffic, is it guaranteed to reach my AVS site? Just a little confused on this subject. you can buy a variety of different types of traffic. Clicked from a main page, skimmed from a tgp , pop-ups/pop under.

they will all probably see the page (if you use a decent traffic) service.
