I have recently decided to set up a website, it is now up and running and I am looking for the more experienced webmasters to pass by and offer feedback on layout/content etc....

Popups or popbehind are not good, there is still much work to do there, your links are not ordered, there is not decent design (exception made for the header)...

I like dirty designs when they are well done and yours is one good... Im sure, if you can grow it, you can build good money with that design... But will be very hard to grow it, very hard, because your links are hard to find...

Take the popup out... It will hurt your traffic..

Found this site's layout to be confusing...at best...drop the oversized glow logo too...

I'm not a fan of black background websites personally, especially not with the sharp blue framing of tables etc.

Loads fast though and that's a real plus.
