    404

Hi this might sound like a stupid question to some but how do you create a 404 page? I'd like to redirect all my 404 traffic is there a way of doing this?

    Code:
    ErrorDocument 404 /404.html
    ErrorDocument 401 /404.html
    ErrorDocument 403 /404.html
etc, in your .htaccess in main web folder

Just FYI... the correct term for this is "404 Trap"

Just wanted to say that you don't have to have the ErrorDocument point to a local page. Alot of sponsors will have hosted 404 traps and you can point to those directly, and save some of your own bandwidth

                i.e.

                ErrorDocument 404 http://www.your-sponsor.com/their/hosted/trap/URL/here
