Anyone need some Graphic Design work?

I'm messing around with TGP's and related stuff but it all seems to happen too slow. So while my traffic grows, I'd also like to offer my Web Design skills to make a few bucks. I'm not posting prices in case I get slammed like others in the past. Here's a design I made for a soon to be AVS site for myself.
