I was wondering if anyone new how long it takes to turn targeted traffic into sales i have been running an ad campaign with google adwords for a week now and my traffic is awesome but i have not generated any sales any advice on why?

please take a look at my site maybe the design is a problem?

You need to do something different with your site, it needs more color and some naked women on it , not just banners!
Right now it look way to generic, nothing sticks out!

I think you have to work a lot on design, and you have to give relevance to links you want the surfer clicks

This looks like a virtual store, dude drop the virtual store. these prices are too expensive to the market. I have been selling DVDS VHS for the last 5 years. These prices are good 5 years ago. Some of the titles are $20.00 more expensive than anyother store. Good luck selling anything.

the design should be changed including the colors, and the logo should look more professional. The search thing looks tacky (move it), put a really hot naked chick and the enter where the search was, make the warning smaller and less writing intice the surfer to come into the site. Use black and grey so it will appeal more to men the sight looks a little girlish..You have good products though it has good potential.

dump the whole store idea, give the visitor the idea that it's all free or that it's really cheap.
Give them some free content, not to much just enough to make them warm ..
