Poor design and the disclaimer has to be your first page, the idea is that you read it and if you dont like porn you close the window so the disclaimer page shouldnt contain porn images

You say no recip. is recomended for gallery submission but at the bottom you say your recip must be up before submitting. Also I clicked on 5 galleries and at least 2 were full of popups.
