    TTT problems

i just switched servers and wanted to install the newer ttt nitro and now its giving me problems. it shows 0 in and counts the clicks as no cookie. i tried going back to the old version but on the new server and have the same problem. i included the ttt-in into the HEAD but i cant figure out why its only counting the clicks and counting them as no cookie clicks at that. anyone know how to fix this or what i might want to check?

    mysql server version: 4.0.18
    php is 4.3.1.1
    apache 1.3.29

    thanks

Are you using a Anti virus or fire wall. Seems like your browser is not sending user info, which ttt uses.

If you are switch off your antivirus and test your pages/links and see if they are recorded.

its not that, it worked on the other server fine. just when i got on this new server it started having problems. it only counts about 1/2 the clicks and all are no cookie. im hoping its just a config problem in apache

          My point being is,

when it was on the other server and you tested it, you might not have had a virus protector installed on you computer. So it looked like it worked ok.

But now you have a virus protector installed on your pc, and because you changed to a server, it looks like it is not working!

Had the same problem too for a while. Never figured it out though. Bought TM3 the next day.

            - Check your Permissions
            - Check the Include on top of your page( you shouldn't see the code)
            - Make sure your server has all of the requirements
            - Post on Chickenboard

What does a virus protector have to do with counting traffic/clicks? If it did half of everyones traffic would be no cookie / proxy traffic.

I think there's something wrong with your include code.

What's the URL of your site? Might be helpful.
