Submission form

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good free submission form That I can put on my TGP so people can submit galleries for listing? I would prefer something that stores the submissions until I access them and post and delete. I was using Adult form but I haven't been able to access their site for several weeks.

I agree with bignasty, the free version is good to make some experiment.
If you need something of custom I can help you, but I think you're looking for free scripts

Red form looks like exactly what I'm looking for but after I signed up all the emails that I get from them including test submissions are in HTML code. nothing clickable even though it says to click here. Also I don't see a contact button. Is anyone else using them having the same problems?
