First Time Setting up Traffic Trading Script. Any Help?

here come some really newbie questions.

No cookies traffic: does this mean users who have disabled accepting cookies or does this mean that there is no cookie from the referring site? I thought it meant the former, but I'm having a hell of a time understanding how this script works.

Before I sign up for any trades, I want to make sure I have it set up correctly. So I linked to my TGP from another site I have. When I click through and click on a gallery, I am sent to the site that I placed in settings to send no cookie traffic. but my browser is set to accept cookies by default.

I'm using e-power trader if it matters

And it means any traffic that won't accept the cookie. I would set it to be ok because a lot of users don't accept cookies anymore. Though, it is hard to get paid when your sponsor isn't counting them.

yeah, that's where I'm sending no cookie traffic. does it make a difference whether my site is creating/getting a cookie? i don't have any code like that on my site.
