      Question: The cartoonist sounds Ideal for us, but what does the money actually buy? Say one original cartoon per day? Week? Month? Is there an average rate for this sorta thing, or is it like dealing with any other kind of artist: You get what you get whenever they get to it no matter what the cost...? (What happened last time we tried this with another company.
