Traffic!

Hi. I am a very new webmaster and am having a problem getting traffic to my site. Unfortunately I have bought the website through a company, and they have designed it for me - I don't have much control over it. It looks very amateurish but the content is very good and gets updated often. The one unique feature about the site is method of payment. This is done using a mobile phone and it costs £1.50 per day.
If anyone is interested, please could you take a look at the site and perhaps give me some ideas.

as our traffic is keyword geoIP specific...and you would want to promote this feature...
