autorank pro on win2k help

Ok, I have got all the changes made to my autorank pro 4 script done. But I can't get around the htaccess problem.

I need to know if anyone knows how to by pass this.

So without too much snickering about it being on a windows server running IIS and webquota/authentix, does anyone know what I have to do to bypass the htaccess crap?
