Anybody who knows which is the best and reliable commison program to join for foreign sites (nonenglish). I have tried www.nex-cash.com but they only accepts english, that a shame...

Well, Traffic Cash Gold recently came out with some Foreign Special Offer Pages, sounds like a good option for you. Of course you did not list wqhat country you are from and they don't take wm's from some countries...anyways, check it out here
