I have had no experience with them but I have recently become a webmaster for Albion Medical Penis Enlargement and their conversion rate is 75:1. It took me well less than that to start making sales.

Hey I've used albionmedical and it was converting at 1:168 for me in January but then much better in feb. Something like 1:90 with a members only site.
I've tried all the natural penis enlargment programs and the best is definitely NOT P improvement. They try to sell you testosterone kits all the time but don't award the affiliate any commission as far as I know (not 100% about that though - I apologise if I'm wrong).
THE best PE affiliate program is without a doubt, penisadvantage.com
They convert better than penis development, penilefitness and penis improvement etc and they pay more. I've been getting 1:30 average conversions from search engine traffic and 1:17 with members area traffic.
