Is anyone of you using LinkUpPro? Is it recommendable?

How much traffic do you get with it?

Is it designed to submit to TGPs primarily or to Link Lists?

Is it any better than TGSW or Russiansubmitter?

It's no better than RS. That's for sure. To make LUP wirth a shit, you have to spend time customizing the DB. It's overpriced crap in my opinion. Your money is much better spent by going with RS.
