Need Site Help

I have been working with my site for quite a few years now and I unable to get anything to convert. I was using AmateurPages because I got .04c for each click and when I didn't convert I lost that account. I started using the .04c from Gamma Cash but lost that when I didn't convert. I have signed up for many sponsors with hardly no conversions. I have an ad rotator running on all my sites trying to see what niche is getting the most clicks and found that Voyeur seems to be getting the most but this isn't even converting.
I was wondering if anyone could take a look at one of my sites and see if there is anything to do to get more conversions. I'm getting 1500 uniques/day from various supplies but a good chunk is coming from search engines and no TGPs.

you have too many links to free sites compared to sponsors or content, people dont much just click on banners you need some good descriptive text to seel the site to them, also most sponsors have a pic of the day, try putting up a link to it, on thing ive noticed before too is that you can generally get a smaller site to convert better than the bigger sponsor sites. try finding one of them. i clicked on one of your sponsors banners and went to their site. when i closed that window out i got about 6 or 7 pop ups. if they have a pop up free loption use that or find a sponsor that does or that doesnt send you through pop up hell.
