still, he would have to work with about 10 people+ to come close to what normal web designers make in this biz, and that is just starting out....most web designers I know make upwards of $100k+/yr

Somethingsnot rigth here. Some of those samples are work contracted with me gallerygang.com. I know which designer did them. and he isn't working for me any longer. I should probably add that the designer was fired becasue he was working for multiple people at the same time. But other samples he has there are samples that were to shown to me by another filipino designer?

If you are going to use a designer I would ask for references, clients they have worked for. I would contact whoever owns the sites. Becasue these guys just seem to be grabbing urls and showing them and saying its there work.
