Place a little notice on your members page asking that members right click and save movies to help save on bandwidth.
Members can be very supportive. -

Restrict bandwidth per member or just get a better hosting plan. You should step up to one of the mbs plans instead of a per gig so this will not bother you as much.I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
