    Help using SSH!

Help! I have a dedicated server I cannot get into because I don't know how to use SSH. Can anyone explain how this works?

The hosting company is not really responsive but I can forgive them because they are cheap!!!!!

You get what you pay for. Can anyone help me?

SSH is an encrypted form of telnet (and ftp, rsh, rcp). You can get a client for ssh from openssh.org or ssh.com. If you're on a *nix system, odds are you already have the software installed, just type 'man ssh'.

For Windows: Get PuTTy, it's awfully easy and pretty good. SecureCRT is a good one too.
Looking for a top notch, but really cheap TGP script? Have a look at weTGP!

I like SecureCRT. All you have to do once you have it is determine if you are ssh1 or ssh2 and then it is just like telnet, but secure

Get Secure CRT ( http://www.vandyke.com/products/securecrt/index.html ). It's easy to use and easy to get a crack for.
