HELP!!!

Help! I'm new and trying to get a site set up for and adult live video and galleries and chat rooms..I WAS TOLD BY CC BILL THAT THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE TO ASK FOR HELP! So far I have not gotten even one responce to any question I have posted!..Were they wrong about this being the place to get help ? I usually try to help people if i can, but i have seen some real cut throating on here so far. That isn't the way to make things work. I need help in finding equipment and site design and billing and just about everthing.. so far every place i have contacted tells me they can't or wont do adult content sites etc. should i buy a server or rent space on one?...what is a fair price for space on someone elses server? Can someone PLEASE HELP?

What are you trying to do? TGP? Gallerys? Paysites? Narrow it down a little or ask one thing at a time and you'll probably get better results. Don't just ask a blanket "What do I do?" Because all you'll get is smart ass answers. And I'll probably be leading the pack.
