Im having a problem with my host, everytime I go to my site Im being redirected to another site. This has happend for a few days now. Ive contacted them several times and first they said they accidentally issued me an ip address that was already in use so they changed my IP address. But even with the new ip address Im still be redirected to the other site. I contacted them again and again and each time they have told me there must be a problem with my cache. The last day and a half I will go to my site and it works, then I go back and hour or so later and its redirected again. When it was working I thought it was fixed and tried to submit some galleries and each time my galleries were denied due to redirection on my server! My question is wtf is going on? My frustration level has boiled over! And every time I contact these bastards they tell me the same freaking thing. My site is http://www.a1bitches.com and Im being redirected to http://www.swiftwill.com. Can somone with extensive knowledge please reply and tell me why this is happening.

Actually I just canceld the service. I signed up on november 28 and have encountered nothing but problems for 7 days straight. AS to the site working, yeah it works for a while then it goes back to being redirected! I contacted them today and asked for a refund and there refuseing me my money back. They say its not there fault and they dont give refunds. I just visited website garage again today and Im getting the same feedback from them, that there is a redirection on my server. What messures can I take to get a refund from these guys? I have written proof from a diagnostic test at website garage as well as all of the emails from my conversations with them. Anybody have some advice for me?Comment

by the way this is uptownwebhosting, im not sure what others have experienced with them but I can say its been a nightmare for me.Comment
