I think zfreehost is the best even though they are having a little 404 problems but still they are the best with banner-free hosting.

yeah smutserver is the place to be ...

Don't go with zfree if you don't want to run the risque that once traffic starts kicking in your pages are totally deleted instead of "sometimes" not there ...

Don't go with hotfreehost or maxismut either, they redirect fereign traffic to a major popup-hell
