Suggestions please!

Got my new site mostly together, and would love some input on what could be improved. I am still getting a few things together, but if anyone has any suggestions on improvements to what is up already it would be great!

Dump the free counters!!
they are a traffic leak you pay for your hosting you should have stats

Actually, the free counters INCREASE traffic..most counters will list you in their links list and Search engine..some will add your banner too..You'd be surprised by the # of hits you get from counters links list. especially sextracker or sexlist.
Sure it could be a traffic leak, but thats the same as any recip..the counters are just like recips..you get a link.

So what can I do to increase conversions with this thing? I am not pushing a huge number of people through a day ~250, but not seeing any sales.

My feeling is that you have to emphasize what this site can offer surfers that the hundreds of other BBW sites can't offer. I'd suggest emphasizing personal/individual contact (either through chat rooms, message boards or otherwise) with featured women. Also, if they can come into even fleeting contact with particular women which they can't see on other sites, you should emphasize that too. If you can make the punters feel they're going to get personal/special attention by joining the site, they'll be much happier joining you than a big corporate site with fantastic quality pic/vids etc but which doesn't take any notice of individuals.
