Auto-Rank help

Can someone please help me install auto rank. I keep gettin an error

Error Message:
No such file or directory
html/autorank/autorank.htm

The directory is there, I dont get it.

Thanks itchy. Ya I figured it out. I needed to install the server.cgi and get the correct dir. path.
