Has anybody used any banner exchange program like Sexswap? Do they work or are they just a waste of time? Any feedback appreciated.

I've used them once, but didn't get good results with it.
I didn't want to put them on some good spot on my sites as I rather put a sponsor on those spots ... so I just putted them at the bottom.
Because it was at the bottom, very little people clicked the damn banner and as you might know, when your CTR sucks, the ratio of impressions on your own banner go down too.
Like first you start with a 1 impression of your banner for every 2 banners you show on your page ratio ... but when you can't keep up a certain CTR it drops big time.
Probably you get better results when you put them on a good spot ...

Thanks for the info. Putting a sponsor banner on a good spot sounds a better option for me too.
