I recently bought a blonde gallery set that has 78 pictures in it. It's a serious of course with the blonde doing different things. However, I want to ask if it is feasible to make several 15 pic galleries from the same set of 78 and post them everyday; or should I buy more content and post the blonde gallery one day and the other day post a gallery from the other content?

I would buy more sets and spread the usage of the different sets.
