Can anyone recommend a good dialer and how long are the average hold times?

I ran Into This Page Below,Maybe It Can Be Of Some Help. I Cant Recommend Any Of Them. The Only One I Promote Is Sextrackers--They Always Pay on time. Im just not to fond of sextracker. Years ago they were fantastic--now they are starting to follow suit Of the pop banner masters.

I wouldnt suggest them. A lot of payment complaints in the board. -
Dialers suck, all of them.
