get a nice productive design and domain

    buy lots of traffic:
    chickentraffic.com
    turboface.com
    sexzity.com
    etc etc

    trade with other tgp sites:
    bunnyteens.com
    teeniefiles.com
    etc etc

get some consistant law-abiding, rule-abiding gallery submitters

    good luck

Obviously trading traffic is the most common, but the productivity of that traffic in terms of sales per visitor is lower than non-traded traffic.

You can have a 100k uniques a day TGP pretty fast if you set up some big trades and then buy enough feeder traffic to start it off.

That doesn't mean the 100k is going to convert sales like a site that has much less traffic that was non-traded. In fact, it's possible for a 10k TGP to result in more sales than a 150k TGP. It just depends on a great deal of things.

Can you tell me the difference between traded and non-traded traffic?

The traffic could be from the same source, but the traded group gets jerked around more.... and with TGP's that isn't good for us unless you are huge.

Initially they land on your site against their own will. They were probably clicking on a gallery link at a TGP expecting photos, and now they are at your TGP. So they either hit back or they stay. Now they click around your TGP. But since you are also sending traffic out to other TGP's, it won't be long before they are sent packing. So they never really get a chance at being a true surfer at your site.

This model works best at the top with the big business TGP's, and most of the smaller TGP's have copied it and failed big time. The problem is that they use it (the big guys) to inflate their hit numbers so they can charge more for gallery spots. This trading does not necessarily result in more sales derived from galleries either.

If you are not selling gallery spots, then there is no solid reason to trade traffic in the same manner they do it.

Another problem with the typical traffic trading models is that they expose surfers to MANY sites in a very short period of time. So many that I feel as though surfers do not have any compelling reason to pay $30/mo for porn.
