Dedicated Server Host Recommendation?

I was looking at http://www.4webspace.com but they are out of servers. I was hoping to spend $100 - $200 per month.

Any suggestions?

You might try www.catalog.com. They have reasonable prices on linux and windoze nt boxes. They got our server up and running within 4 hours of us calling them.
