Need Help with cgi- script

Hey there fellow webmasters.. Like to know in your opinion which cgi scripts are best for just link exchanges and keeping track on incoming and outgoing hits..

Dude, check out this site for your cgi needs...I had no knowledge of cgi myself but after a week or so I learned quite a bit and it's ez!
