Neen help with cgi stuff (setting up trades)

Hi Guys and Gals,
I got a small TGP - www.181st.net - it gets about 400 SE uniques/day.
I just got a cgi-bin and need to set up small traffic trades.
Can anyone help me ? I need to know which (free) script to use and how to install it.
