What's wrong with Prohosters??

Turns out they changed hostname and with it came big problems! All my sites are not loading! I sent them an email yesterday and even called them and it was corrected but seems like for only a short time because today bam...nothing! Can't even login into FTP to update my sites. I don't think it's because I owe them money! Anyone having problems with them?

I do about 15 to 20 GB a month. Any reasonably priced ones out there? Can't afford to spend too much for now.

Hurry please, my sites are down and I need to look around. Thanks

I was with Prohosters for a little while and jumped ship after a few weeks. I feel your pain. I went with ISPrime
Their prices are comparable except for one huge bonus: they actually answer phone calls and e-mails!!
