    Anyone have any thoughts on;
    http://webhostvendor.com/big_50/

    Sounds great to me since I'm paying $140 p/month with 250mb and 30 gb transfer

    Any opinions would be great.

    Thanks

    TEN BUCKS A GIG FOR OVERAGES?!?!?!??!?

    I didn't have to read any further than that. You pay that and I will sell you the empire state building for a few grand since we don't use it alot.

      That was about as far as I read, you can do better than that.

        I don't know where you guys are reading.. or maybe they changed it. If you click on the 'fine print' link, they say it's $15/gig overage:

        Customer agrees that their monthly recurring hosting fee is partly based upon the amount of bandwidth their account utilizes. Customer further agrees to pay an overage fee of $15.00 USD per Gigabyte that this limit is exceeded.

        SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS! Maybe they moved the decimal point over once accidentally?

          Actually, that price has been lowered to $5/gig very recently. (see the contract again).

              If you want your page to load and scripts to run and to be able to check your e-mail, stay away from the above mentioned host.
              Anyone that promises all you can swallow transfers per month is full of it. At least in my opinion.
