I would like to know the legalities involved when taking footage of home video sex movies and posting them on my website. Does the woman need to sign papers before I can post them on my site? How does it work? Where can I get info.

yes, or you will get your ass sued off which is why the hilton tape isnt on a paysite. You also need a copy of her photo id for the fbi comes knockin. Maybe if its acknowledged on camera (like on girls gone wild they say do you want to flash for me and they say yes) that they consent to being taped you dont need the release. Just make sure you have her permission and ID or she might say I was only 17 at the time and you'd be screwed.
