another gallery submitter ??

I searched first!

A couple weeks ago I saw some submitter software that kep track of the submission dates AND the TGP rule - how many submits in a time range.

Well, now I can't find it again. Anyone know what that might be?

I'm leaning towards buying Advanced Submitter, but I'd really like to have something that tracks the submit dates and rules as well.
