    Netscape 6 and CSS

Earlier versions of NS have been quite buggy when it comes to implementing CSS1, let alone CSS2 (the Cascading Style Sheets standards). How does the latest version do?

Netscape can't even get tables right! Don't expect them to get a new standard right either.

      How true...

I noticed an ENTIRE section of my page wasn't showing in netscape version 4 (which is the 2nd most used broswer), and the reason was that the table ended with <table> rather than </table>

Most people don't use netscape, nor would they have an older version... so WATCH out for this guys. 10% of the masses still use netscape 4.

It is beyond me why they would code in netscape to remove all content within a table simply because it is not ended properly. When other browsers do not care about this, it is hard to catch this problem...
