Id get rid of your link to freeones right now. Doesnt look like you can send enough traffic to make his list. No sence sending out traffic you cant get back.

Id get rid of about half your sponsors right now too. Build the traffic up...then hit the surfers with the sponsors.

Get some traffic in and make some trades
-Submit to TGP's
-Search Engines
-Spam a yahoo board (i dont recomend)
-Gamble (contact 10 sites on ICQ and tell them how you 100k site needs a new reliable 2k trade...if you can get at least 3 sites to send...you will be able to keep things rolling...and not look like a scum liar

get domain
get paid host..
then get traffic from trading or submiting to galleries or stuff like that..

lots of ways.. but get domain and get rid of free host.. pay host = benfital

Yea you should definetly use a pay hosting.
If you run a content site, you should submit it to link-o-rama, tommy's bookmarks and all the others.

Just make templates of your site if you don't want their recip on your main page....almost every link sites accept templates

You should be getting 1-2k for some time this way, then you setup trades and you're getting good amount of traffic

i've submited my site tru greenguy, tommy luciano etc but only freeones list me hehehe maybe coz it's freehost(lot's ads) maybe my content or blink links everywhere ha ha ha

well it looks good.. all u have to do is switch everything to a pay hosting.. since those free hosts header and footer makes your page looks uglier.. so i suggest u move away..

The best hosting I never used is Vector host. Don't try to find the cheapest host out there.

Don't forget that you will pay for what you will get.

Remember how Pro Hosters was good and now, everybody are saying they are really bad?

Vector hosting charge 3.75$/gigs plus a setup fee that I do not remember
