Really need help in domain switching

Need help...Just got my paid hosting activated and they kinda explained what to do but I'm all confused...I'm no techno dude so that's why I'm asking... I need answer now instead of waiting a day or two.

My domain is sexymams.com and as you can see it is stored with NewDomain Registration page. How the heck do I get my page to my new hosting? I can FTP my files but nothing shows up! What's up fellas and ladies.

You need to go to NewDomain Registration page
and change the Nameservers you should of recieved the new name servers from your paid host !
