I've worked with "pays to the first page" blind link sponsors but my traffic didn't meet the conversion requirement so I got switched to percentage programs.

I've worked with blind link sponsors that have no conversion minimums, but they are "pay to the second page" programs. Not enough of my traffic clicks through to make them good programs for me.

Is there a good, reliable (tracks hits, pays on time) blind link sponsor that pays to the first page but has no conversion minimums?

Frankly I don't think there is such a thing. "First page" sponsors need to mandate a conversion ratio to remain profitable, while "second page" sponsors ensure profitability by paying for those surfers that are interested enough to check out their second page.

I highly recommend Amateur Pages. I'm pretty sure they pay to second page hits (am I right, Lens?), but the way the site is crafted surfers WANT to see more! (If you build it, they will click!) Plus, their banner and "hotlink" programs are a huge draw. If you want, you can sign up through me:
