I think all the free hosts suck ,you best bet is to find a good cheap host,I use iicinternet.com they allow anything and you can get 40megs for only 2.99 a month with no banners or anything forced.check it out it may help

Basically, you get what you pay for. I used cheap hosting for a while, but I had no cgi, no cron... now I use xxxwebhosting and they are great.

Not Real ftp, but a Javascript that allows you to upload hundreds of files or whole directories at once.

I use TGSW and I don't think it would work with java upload. It needs real FTP
