Get a copy of all laws of all countries and you have what you looking for, but much easier and more intersting (specialy for you) are the laws and regulation in the country where do you live and probably the one where your server is placed

Since were on this conversation, I'd like to know what the lagalities are for taping home adult movies and posting them on the net. Do the partners need to sign a waver of some sort? Or what?

yeah theres forms, you have to get all the models shown in the movies or pictures to fill out and sign a model release form..

i just did a search and i found this site that had an adult model release form on it that you would be able to use:
